What's happening on November 9th, 2007

Well a lot has gone on since I last posted. I finally have my official notice that I am hired into Goodyear. I should start next week. It will be interesting, since I work Night shift now. I will work 5pm to 5am,  Friday - Saturday, and again Saturday - Sunday. Then I will come in for the morning shift on Monday.  Yuck.

But I am happy that I can look forward to getting started in my new job. There will be a lot to learn, but I think I am ready for it.

Church is going good. I will be able to attend more Bible studies, now that I am working day turn, so I like that. Last Wednesday the Pastor and Assistant Pastor got into talking about the book, "The Nativity of Mary", which is a book of the apocrypha. I don't think it went over very well with some of the older saints. But I didn't see too much that was out of line. I can't wait to get adjusted to my new schedule, so that I can start attending the Minister's Bible study.

So winter is upon us, so it seems. We are still trying to get everything winterized. I still need to get the barn fixed up for charlie, our goat. He has been in there before, but we need to winterize it a bit. Plus make a space for the two ducks that my girls have. It is pretty crazy around the house right now. Hopefully now that I am on day turn, I will be able to get some things done.
