The Pace Reunion aftermath...

Well, all went pretty well. We had good weather for the reunion. We had a good turnout. Sadly I wasn't on the winning volleyball team, but I still had fun. Got to catch up with my brother and sister. Got to see my lovely nieces and nephew. It was a great day.

I also was able to pull off my wife's surprise birthday party. I faked a stomach ache, to go downstairs to the bathroom. Then went out the back door. My friend drove me to pick up the Birthday cake. We got back in plenty of time. She didn't know anything about it, until I had the assistant Pastor invite everyone to stay after for the party. I love it. I don't usually get to be that sneaky, but it was fun. She told me she wanted a big party, but I think she thought I forgot. But I didn't. Yeah me!!
